The bake comes out in two rounds, around 7:30am and again near 2:00pm. Come at either and the shelves are full.
All four shops keep the same hours, so whichever is nearest is open when the others are. Weekends run an hour later.
Weekends are busiest between nine and eleven. If you want a whole cake or a gift box, order the night before and it will be waiting at the counter.
